Eligibility: Exchanges are available for teas or other herbal products that are unopened and in their original packaging. To be eligible, the exchange request must be made within 14 days of purchase.

Refund Policy:

Damaged Goods: If your product arrives damaged, please take a photo and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

Returns:

Non-returnable Items:Due to health and safety concerns, any product  that has been opened or tampered with cannot be returned or exchanged.
