Eligibility: Exchanges are available for teas or other herbal products that are unopened and in their original packaging. To be eligible, the exchange request must be made within 14 days of purchase.

Refund Policy:

Returns:

Non-returnable Items:Due to health and safety concerns, any product  that has been opened or tampered with cannot be returned or exchanged.
