Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Moon Water Apothecary. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to arrange for a return or exchange. All returned items must be in their original packaging and in new, unused condition. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, minus any shipping costs. We do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products unless they are defective. If you receive a defective product, please contact us immediately to arrange for a replacement or refund.
