Refund Policy - the basics

All sales are considered final. Because of the nature of herbal and wellness products, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind, personal preference, or minor dissatisfaction.

Refunds will only be issued in the rare event that:

  • A product arrives damaged or defective

  • An incorrect item is shipped to you

  • There is a significant issue that prevents the product from being used as intended

Process for Refunds (if applicable)

  • You must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order if there is a problem.

  • We may request photos or documentation to confirm the issue.

  • Once approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exclusions

  • We do not offer refunds for:
